King Lion's presents
This is a print I did for the Paper Planes Exhibition at the 2015 Design Indaba. It was organized by Alexanders Band. The exhibition consisted of over 40 South African illustrators, creating artworks that interpret South African folklore and legends. I illustrated the story of "King Lion's Presents" in which All the animals are invited to a massive party where King Lion bestows them with various gifts, which are the characteristics that we know them by today.
